That is why the Hidral-Gobel Technical Department has a team of professionals, with experience on this sector and capabilities, able to offer the following services:

  • Engineering service  for the adaptation of our products to any vehicle.
  • Assembly service for lifts and security systems, at our workshop, or at any place the client  requests.
  • Direct after-sale service:

 

Hidral-Gobel carries out the maintenance, repair and test services of our products:

  • at our own workshop.
  • through our mobile engineering teams, who travel to the customer premises.
  • By means of a workshops network spread throughout Spain, Europe, Mexico, Australia and China, which have a qualified staff trained by Hidrel-Gobel personally.

  • Supply of spare parts for all lifts and ramps and for all brands.
  • Technical training service  about use and maintenance of the lifts for official workshops with after-sale service and, in general, for all users of our products.
  • Advice on legislative issues, about the Homologation of the lifts, ramps or security Systems installed on the vehicles for wheelchair users.
